Part 4 in our pay transparency series

Part 4 in our pay transparency series

Date: Thursday 11th June 2026

Time: 10:00 – 11:00am

Format: Q&A

The EU Pay Transparency Directive is moving forward, but for many organisations, the picture is still unclear.

Across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, legislation is evolving, interpretations vary, and many HR leaders are asking the same questions:

  • What is the current status in my country?
  • What do I need to prepare for and when?
  • Where should I start?

If these questions sound familiar, this session is for you.

We are bringing back our expert panelists from PwC and Sysarb for a session dedicated to your questions. This is your opportunity to raise the topics that matter most to your organisation and get clear, practical answers in real time.

In this session, you will:

  • Get up-to-date insights from across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark
  • Cut through the uncertainty and understand what to do next
  • Ask your own questions, or learn from those raised by others
  • Leave with greater clarity and confidence in your next steps

Submit your questions when you register to make sure we cover what matters most to you.

Who should attend?

This webinar is designed for HR leaders, HR professionals, and compliance specialists who want to understand how digital tools can make pay transparency reporting both manageable and meaningful.
