Atea chose competency mapping from CatalystOne

As a leading provider of IT infrastructure in the Nordic and Baltic region, Atea had strict requirements and high expectations for a new tool for competency mapping.

The following requirements were decisive for Atea:

  • Flexible solution with options to search for both specialist expertise and geographic location.
  • Professional presentation of CVs, where areas of expertise and other content can be defined as needed.
  • Consultants can update their own project experience and certifications.

Efficient search for relevant expertise

“This will give us a whole new flexibility in our efforts to identify and seek out the expertise we need for our various projects. Expertise needs to be constantly refreshed, and now we will also have a better overview of each consultant’s certifications and project experience,” says Nilssen. “I am convinced that both project managers, the Bid Department and our consultant coordinators will experience this as a very effective tool.”

CatalystOne has previously supplied software to support performance management processes to Atea in Sweden.
