Linnea brings over 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a background that includes advisory roles at leading firms such as Mercer and PwC. She also served as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Klarna, gaining valuable in-house experience.

For the past 1.5 years, Linnea has been leading Sysarb’s advisory function, where she supports clients in navigating the complexities of achieving compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Ingrid advises both Norwegian and international companies on employment matters, with a focus on sustainability and the social side of ESG. 

Her expertise covers national laws like the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act, as well as EU regulations including the CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Directive. She is the author of Particularly Independent Position and has co-authored publications on workplace harassment and the Working Environment Act.
