If the template includes preparation, both sides get guiding questions in advance. If not, just start the meeting when it works for you.
During the conversation, key points help keep the meeting on track. Follow-up actions can be added right in the tool—so nothing gets missed.
HR can create templates to guide different conversations—like one-to-ones, exit interviews, or sick-leave follow-ups. Templates give managers and employees a clear starting point and a consistent structure.
Managers get a quick view of their team’s one to one activity – who’s had a recent meeting and who’s due for one. Scheduling the next conversation takes just a few clicks.
During the meeting, either participant can add tasks or follow-ups. It’s easy to assign ownership and track progress – and in the next meeting, you’ll both see what was agreed last time.
HR can track how often One to One meetings are being held across the organisation, and who’s initiating them – giving you valuable insight into engagement and follow-through.
Meeting participants can take notes directly in the One to One module. Notes are saved and shared, so everyone stays aligned and nothing gets lost.
