At CatalystOne, we strive for fast, effective and high-quality implementation of our solutions. With 15 years' experience of best practise, we're able to achieve this time and time again.
A high-quality implementation is crucial for the long-term success of your HR solution, which must meet your unique requirements in order to generate maximum value. That's why we handle all our implementations ourselves, allowing us to ensure we have the best possible team assigned to the task.
The most effective software implementations are simple and streamlined, avoiding overly-complicated processes that increase the risk of failure.
Our business model is based on providing world-class Software-as-a-Service to our customers, not on expensive consulting fees.
We believe that the better you understand your new HR solution, the more value it can generate for you company. That's why we train your key personnel both 'hands-on' during implementation, and via dedicated training sessions.
We also provide a dedicated project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring you're always up to date with the latest developments, and can raise any questions or issues immediately with someone who knows your business.
Herbert Nathan have awarded CatalystOne's customer Nordnet Bank AB with an award for the best HR System Implementation Project of the Year 2018.
The judges said: "Nordnet and CatalystOne Solutions receive the award for their successful implementation based on strong leadership and a thorough strategy. The project is characterised by courage and conscientiousness, as well as a close partnership between customer and supplier. The project has thus succeeded in achieving the goals set, creating participation and dedication, and giving users an equally modern experience that they daily strive to offer their customers."
We get asked this question a lot! Of course, every organisation is eager to get up and running as soon as possible.
Since all implementations are unique and the process varies a little from one customer to the next depending on the complexity of the setup and the number of data integrations, it's difficult to give an exact figure. But for most of our customers, implementation typically takes between 3-6 months.
