Knowledge Sharing and Project Management

We believe that the better you understand your new HR solution, the more value it can generate for you company. That's why we train your key personnel both 'hands-on' during implementation, and via dedicated training sessions. 

We also provide a dedicated project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring you're always up to date with the latest developments, and can raise any questions or issues immediately with someone who knows your business.

Our implementation methodology

  1. Plan: We start each project with a thorough handover from sales to the implementation team, ensuring all details are passed to the responsible project manager. We then work directly with you to create a plan for implementation.

  2. Architecture & Configuration: Next, we hold a series of workshops in which we set up and configure your solution based on your unique requirements and on the processes the system will support.

  3. Setup & Deployment: Once we've ensured your solution is configured precisely as required and everything has been throughly tested, we publish your system. You're now ready to go live!

  4. Close: When your new system is up and running you'll be handed over to our Customer Success team, who will continue to look after you going forwards. We finish every implementation with an evaluation and reflection meeting, ensuring you're 100% happy with your new HR solution.

How long times does it take?

We get asked this question a lot! Of course, every organisation is eager to get up and running as soon as possible.

Since all implementations are unique and the process varies a little from one customer to the next depending on the complexity of the setup and the number of data integrations, it's difficult to give an exact figure. But for most of our customers, implementation typically takes between 3-6 months.
