As a Nordic SaaS provider, we help organisations manage their people processes in a secure and efficient way. At the same time, we take responsibility for how we run our business by acting ethically, reducing our environmental impact, and contributing positively to society.
Our work spans environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. It builds on our Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse) certification, clear governance structures, and a strong commitment to human rights and responsible business conduct.
We are continuously looking for ways to improve. Got input? We’d love to hear from you.

If you want a full picture of how we work with sustainability, our Sustainability Report is the best place to start.
It gives you a transparent overview of our ESG efforts over the past fiscal year, from our double materiality assessment and climate goals to how we organise and govern our work.
It also shows where we are today and where we are heading next, as we continue to integrate sustainability into daily decisions and operations.
