How do I navigate to the reports?

  1. Go to the CatalystOne Engage platform via engage.catalystone.com
  2. Click on "Results & analytics" on the first page
  3. If you have access to several scopes - click on the desired report scope
  4. If you have access to a scope or have clicked on the desired scope - click on the desired report type

Managers can see the results for their team and the team they belong to. If their organisation allows it, they will have access to pause an employee if they are away for a longer period of time, such as parental leave or sick leave.

  1. Check that your username is correct. Your username is the email address where you received your invitation to the survey
  2. If your organisation has SSO enabled; Sign in with the same password as you do at your workplace
  3. If your organisation has not got SSO enabled; Navigate to engage.catalystone.com and choose “Get new password”. Enter the email address that is associated with your CatalystOne Engage account. Follow the reset link that you have received in the email from us (check your spam folder if you cannot find it).

Logging in to CatalystOne Engage

As a superuser, you may have one or several of these access rights:

  • Access to results for the whole organisation, including divisions/departments, segments and teams.
  • Administrate access rights
  • Make changes to the organisation tree (remove and pause users) and edit user data
  • See sensitive comments (flagged due to mention of names or sensitive subjects)

To move a user, follow these instructions:

Moving a user

To remove a user, search for the user's name on the platform and click the gear wheel.
1. Choose “Remove {name}”.
2. Confirm by clicking “Remove {name} from CatalystOne Engage”.

If the user is a manager – follow the steps in this article:

Deleting a user

There could be several reasons. Follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam folder to see if your invitation has been marked as spam
  2. Check the possible emails where you could have received your survey
  3. Ask your HR department or closest manager to find out what email address is registered on your profile and check the inbox for the registered email
  4. If you still cannot find your survey, have your HR department/manager contact CatalystOne Engage for further support

Follow these instructions:

Changing manager

  1. Sign in to engage.catalystone.com.
  2. Click “Analytics hub”
  3. If you have access to several results; Navigate to the scope that you want to see.

Note that you can only access your results when it has been made available for your level (superuser/manager/employee).
