The Nordic HR Trends & Tech Survey 2027 brings together perspectives from HR professionals across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland to build a current picture of what is happening in HR – and what comes next.

Together with Sveriges HR-förening, DANSK HR and HENRY, we’re inviting you to add your perspective.

What are we exploring?

This year’s survey looks at:

  • HR priorities and workforce challenges
  • HR’s strategic role and influence
  • Digital maturity and investment in HR technology
  • AI adoption, use cases and barriers
  • Organisational resilience and preparedness
  • HR’s evolving role across these areas

We’re taking a closer look at organisational resilience and preparedness this year – including the role HR plays in helping organisations prepare for and respond to change.

Why participate?

Your responses will contribute to the Nordic HR Trends & Tech Report 2027, helping to create a benchmark for HR professionals across the Nordic region.

By bringing together perspectives from different countries, sectors and organisation sizes, we can:

  • Build a clearer picture of the challenges HR teams share

  • Learn where they differ and how others are approaching AI, workforce planning, and regulatory changes like the EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Stay updated on the trends how the profession is developing

The report will be published in January 2027.
