A data-led Nordic panel for HR leaders | Friday 6 February 2026 at 09:00 – 10:00.

What does HR really look like across the Nordics right now – and what needs to change as we head into 2026?

In this webinar, we explore key insights from the Nordic HR Trends and Tech Report 2025/2026, developed together with HR Foreningen, Danske HR, and HENRY. HR experts from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland will discuss what the data reveals – and what it means in practice for HR leaders.

What we will cover
  • HR’s seat at the table versus real strategic influence
  • Shared priorities and country-specific challenges
  • Digital maturityHR–IT collaboration, and AI adoption
  • What helps HR turn data, HR tech, and AI into real impact
