The Nordic HR Trends and Tech Survey 25/26 is now open

This joint initiative by Sveriges HR Förening, DANSK HR, HENRY and CatalystOne aims to map how HR is evolving across the region - exploring how organisations are embracing digital tools, navigating compliance, and aligning HR more closely with business strategy. 

All organisations and HR professionals are encouraged to participate - your input is valuable.  

Your input will help create a better understanding of the current situation and challenges HR teams are facing across the Nordics and it will result in a combined Nordic report, where you can compare trends and findings from different industries, countries etc. The report will be free and distributed to everyone who has participated in the survey.
