The Scandinavian HR-IT Report 2021 conducted by Venezu, on behalf of HCM (Human Capital Management) systems provider CatalystOne, in cooperation with Microsoft Norway, uncovers a number of interesting insights into the attitudes of IT professionals towards HR systems and technology, and the level of cooperation between HR and IT in various companies in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

The second edition of this survey aims to identify strengths and weaknesses in the HR-IT relationship, demonstrate the importance of this relationship in specific IT-related areas, and highlight where improvements can be made.
