He has a broad interest of change management driven by sound architectural principles and structured planning, combined with an urge to see and understand the latest in technology.
Markus has extensive experience within both HR and IT and is passionate about encouraging and facilitating the dialogue between these two functions within Scandinavian organizations. The Scandinavian HR-IT Report 2021 conducted by Venezu, on behalf of HCM (Human Capital Management) systems provider CatalystOne, in cooperation with Microsoft Norway, uncovers a number of interesting insights into the attitudes of IT professionals towards HR systems and technology, and the level of cooperation between HR and IT in various companies in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
