CatalystOne™ Talent Developer simplifies identification and development of talents and high-potentials. This includes both nomination and selection and enables a result-oriented approach to retaining and developing the best talents.

  2. The Talent Development process uses the data gathered during the Appraisals, Competence Mapping, 360-Degree Feedback, etc.
  3. The development plans defined in relation to the Talent Development process can be merged with similar plans related to the Appraisal process and hence be easily followed-up by the manager.
CatalystOne™ Talent Developed has the following features:
  1. The manager is invited to nominate his/her subordinates that fulfill minimum performance and/or competence criteria.
  2. The Talent Coordinator(s) have overview of all nominations divided into various talent categories. Graphical display of nomination for example in a performance/potential matrix is readily available.
  3. The ratings provided by the manager during Appraisal and/or nomination are available for comparison.
  4. The talents selected by a Talent Committee can be automatically informed either directly or through his/her manager.
  5. The manager can update the development plan for the selected talents and follow-up the progress on a continuous basis.
