- The Talent Development process uses the data gathered during the Appraisals, Competence Mapping, 360-Degree Feedback, etc.
- The development plans defined in relation to the Talent Development process can be merged with similar plans related to the Appraisal process and hence be easily followed-up by the manager.
- The manager is invited to nominate his/her subordinates that fulfill minimum performance and/or competence criteria.
- The Talent Coordinator(s) have overview of all nominations divided into various talent categories. Graphical display of nomination for example in a performance/potential matrix is readily available.
- The ratings provided by the manager during Appraisal and/or nomination are available for comparison.
- The talents selected by a Talent Committee can be automatically informed either directly or through his/her manager.
- The manager can update the development plan for the selected talents and follow-up the progress on a continuous basis.
