Reports, Analytics and Process Support
A unique tool for HR
The analytical functionality shows trends, enables comparison across the organization and provides a very good basis for implementing organizational development initiatives.
All modules in CatalystOne™ are designed to ensure progress through notifications and reminders. Status reports provide continuous overview to managers and HR, enabling them to easily handle any delays and gaps. Analytics helps HR to study trends, make comparisons across the organisation and identify improvement areas. All reports and statistics can be exported to MS Excel for further processing.
Analytics
Based on ratings provided by managers and employees, HR can analyse trends and compare performance across organisational units, managers and/or individual employees. The figure below shows one of the many options. This particular figure shows how average rating for all employees in this organisation has developed between August 2006 and June 2007.

The figure below shows a comparison of average ratings for employees in various organisational units.

Reports
Status reports that show bottlenecks and gaps in a plan are an extremely valuable asset to management. One example is the report that shows status for appraisals per organisational unit, as shown below:

There is also a very powerful report generator built into CatalystOne™. It enables the users to develop/customise reports and elect to have them distributed automatically via email at a chosen frequency. An example of such a report, as shown below, could be a manager who needs status report for objectives owned by his/her employees, as shown below:

Process Support
All modules in CatalystOne™ are designed to drive processes forward with notifications and reminders.
For example, the appraisal process is driven forward with the following notifications and reminders that are sent automatically:

- Notification to the employee to prepare the appraisal dialogue. See figure below.
- Notification to the manager to prepare the appraisal dialogue.
- Reminder to users who have not finished preparations within deadline.
- Notification to HR when an employee has been rated above or below predefined limits.
- Reminder to report progress for own objectives and personal development goals.
