Double-check individual evaluations
CatalystOne™ Calibrator enables managers to easily compare evaluation of own employees and double-check whether the individual evaluations are justifiable when compared to other employees.

The module supports the process of Leadership Reviews. Furthermore, it may also be used for comparing assessments of the same individual over time.

Rating Matrix: 
The Rating Matrix, shown in the example to the right, is generated automatically on the basis of performance and potential ratings  given during the employee appraisal. It is also possible to combine a pair of other ratings to generate similar matrices, e.g. performance vs alignment with values. Matrices provide the Manager with a comprehensive overview of the ratings he/she has given separately to each of the employees. The comparison across all direct reports serves as an additional quality assurance.

In so-called calibration meetings, managers may present such matrices to other managers at the same level. Such meetings help the managers in developing their assessment skills and get input on handling high and low performers. Each employee may be presented in detail by clicking the name to open the Employee Scorecard shown below.




Employee Scorecard: 
Employee Scorecard retrieves ratings and comments from employee appraisals and presents them on a single page. The content of the scorecard can be customised to each organisation’s needs. For a comprehensive presentation of an individual, it is possible to show biographical data, education, work experience, etc. It can also contain relevant information for individuals who have been identified as high potentials or possible successors. In addition, it is also possible to “browse through” an individual’s historical ratings.
