CatalystOne™ Business Planner supports business planning and represents a smooth transition from the overall plans of the organization to the objectives of each employee.


Overall objectives, key performance indicators and action plans are documented in one single place and linkages are visualised. Objectives and action plans can be cascaded down to each individual and included in his/her appraisal as a basis for follow-up and performance assessment.
