- Easy to customise the workflow according to the organisation’s needs.
- The Succession Planning process uses the data gathered during the Appraisals, Competence Mapping, 360-Degree Feedback, etc.
- The development plans defined in relation to Succession Planning process can be merged with similar plans related to the Appraisal process and hence, are easily followed-up by the manager.
- Optionally, the manager can propose his/her own successors during the Appraisal.
- The manager is invited to nominate his/her subordinates that fulfill minimum performance and/or competence criteria.
- The Coordinator(s) have overview of all nominations divided into various successor categories. Graphical display of nomination for example in a performance/potential matrix is readily available. The ratings provided by the manager during the Appraisal and/or nomination are available for comparison, e.g. mobility, retention risk, etc.
- The manager can update the development plan for the selected talents and follow-up the progress on a continuous basis.
