At last, a modern and user-friendly tool for development and easy follow-up of our employees. This comment was made by one of the managers in an article in Aftenposten’s internal magazine “Alle Vi”. The article concludes that CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manager has contributed to the improvement of appraisal interviews and performance management in the organization.

The article states that CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manager is a better tool than the previous version. CatalystOne™ has made sure that both employee and manager are better prepared to give feedback to the employees based on facts and definite examples.

The Sales and Marketing division in 2006 was the first unit that started using CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manage. Expansion to several other units will take place this autumn. In addition Aftenposten uses the newly developed 360 module from CatalystOne for 120 top level managers, giving them a wider range of use in the organization.
