The module has additional value for customers that use CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manager to support Employee Appraisals and Employee Performance Management. The organisational structure and user profile is already available in the system, hence the solution is very easy to administrate. The feedback is provided and viewed in an interface that the users are familiar with.

Benefits of CatalystOne™ 360 include:

  1. No need to enter email-ID’s for Feedback Recipients and Respondents if CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manager is already in use.
  2. Easy to choose respondents based on organisational hierarchy that already is loaded into the system or may easily be imported from Personnel Directory.
  3. The 360-feedback report may easily be included in the future Employee Appraisal.
  4. The customer can define statements and rating scales, and can administrate the feedback process.
  5. The Recipient and his/her manager can access historical 360-reports and analyse development over time.
CatalystOne™ 360 has the following features:
  1. The solution shares the user profiles and organisational structure as other CatalystOne™ modules. This data may also be imported from personnel directory.
  2. Customers can define their own statements and rating scales.
  3. Feedback Recipients may easily choose Respondents from lists of peers and subordinates.
  4. Respondents provide feedback by clicking the link in the email invitation.
  5. The Feedback Recipient can continuously manage the process, for example by adding or deleting respondents.
  6. Both Respondents and Recipients receive automatic reminders in order to ensure progress according to the plan.
  7. The Administrator may review the feedback before releasing it to the Recipient.
  8. The Recipient can decide whether to share the feedback report with his/her manager.
  9. The 360 feedback report can automatically be included in the following Employee Appraisal.
